Walking
Walking is the easiest exercise you can do since it does not need any equipment, has no expenses and requires no space. You can go for a walk anywhere at your own time and burn calories without even realizing it. Walking is also the best exercise for the whole body because it works every muscle. A 15 minute walk every morning and evening will keep your body active. While walking you should walk confidently, make sure you walk up a steep path or walk up some steps and swing your arms. Make sure that you walk everyday and increase the distance that you cover each day.
Swimming
This is another great exercise for someone who is overweight and will be very effective. It is just as easy as walking and you can begin very gradually by swimming every day for just 20 minutes. It is more effective if you determine how long you are going to swim for each day. Better results can be achieved by swimming for about half an hour each day.

There are various fitness centers that you can join to improve the fitness level each time you engage in some exercises. If you are not able to attend a fitness centre, you can organize one in your own home. This will help you so some simple exercises and also stretch.
Simple exercises such as running or dancing to your favorite music will also help you burn some calories. In all the exercises that you do, it is important that you involve your whole body every part is worked.
Important advice
Everything has a limit including the exercises that you do and you should never exceed the limit when you are exercising. Dedication is very important because the activities that you are engaged in are supposed to improve your stamina and health. Start out with few repetitions of the exercises and increase them over time because overexerting yourself will cause harm to your body.
